Nooooooooooooooooo!
Cloudboss.pro is a software CONNECTOR between you and the largest Cloud services platforms in the world, NOT a hosting company – we do NOT own or manage any of the servers on which your sites will be hosted.
The servers belong to the platform owners:
- Amazon EC2
- Amazon S3
- Digital Ocean
- Vultr
- Joyent
- Linode
If a Cloud services platform like Amazon or Linode goes offline, we can NOT help, we don’t own the servers.
If you can’t run a funky, cracked WP plugin on Vultr or Joyent, we can NOT help – Cloudboss is NOT a hosting company (remember, we don’t own or configure the servers – and you should keep your PBN sites pretty simple, ideally rebuilt sites from Archive.org sourced through Bluechip Backlinks).
If a site installation screws up or needs re-configuring, just delete it from the Cloud platform using Cloudboss and re-install it – it will just take a few minutes.
Also, unlike a normal hosting account that can troubleshoot server issues, the Cloudboss team can NOT do that, the servers are NOT ours – you will need to go to the platform’s OWN support channels (many have Live Chat support).
However, any error messages inside Cloudboss or non-functioning elements they ARE our responsibility – check with the Live Chat team here:
Or email us via support@cloudboss.pro
VERY IMPORTANT: When you firstly open your Cloudboss account, you will NOT be able to install ANY websites UNTIL…
UNTIL you create some of your OWN accounts on the supported Cloud platforms – remember Cloudboss CONNECTS you with YOUR accounts on Amazon, Vultr, Digital Ocean etc.
Creating YOUR accounts on Amazon etc only takes a few minutes usually – check “Platform Details” inside Cloudboss for signup details and timeframe (some require phone verification) and “Help Videos” for step-by-step videos on how to create accounts at each of the 6 currently supported platforms.
